Today the kids get out of school at 12 so it is a short day for exercising. By the time I get back from dropping them off, walk the dog, and feed the animals, I only have 3 hours to get everything done. So rush rush rush. Don't worry I will be good and not cheat. :) Feeling better and getting stronger are too important to waste.
