Yes! I actually woke up today and was not totally exhausted. I started Yoga Booty Ballet yesterday and it was hard but fun. I did the cardio version today. I wouldn't say my dancing was pretty but I could see where there was possibility. Still need to do some other form of exercise today before 2. After two I turn back into the pumpkin called mom. Mom do this, mom I need that, no time just for me. That's okay the afternoon flies by. I miss them while they are at school. Tonight we are having a just mom and kids night, daddy is working late. That is always a danger time for the diet. They think that means they can get away with junk food. Not happening as of right now, we'll have to see if they beat me down. Well I'm off to finish my morning chores, ie laundry, kitty litter, dishes, walking the dog, etc. Yeah! NOT! LOL.
