Hi I am a stay at home mom of two quickly growing up treasures from heaven. My daughter is 13 going on 30, a teenager who knows everything. My son is 10 and still my angel, but more and more he is turning in a young man. My husband and I have been married for almost twenty one years. During that time I have been every size from an eight to an eighteen. For most of the last 6 years I have been over 200 lbs. Finally I have gotten down to 195. I was at 185 but I have a problem with self sabotage and emotional eating. I have to exercise a lot to lose any weight and sometimes family gets in the way. I need motivation and someone to hold me accountable. For the last week I have been doing exercise dvds. Too rainy to walk outside. These include Leslie Sansone's walking dvds, Yoga Booty Ballet, Bender Ball and Cruchless Abs.
