Thx jcmama, choochoo! 😊 It was a great meal! I also forgot to mentioned that lentil/onion/garlic mixture was cooked a little bacon fat. 😳🥓

What does that fish taste like & what’s the texture? I don’t think I’ve ever tried steelhead.

Steelhead is similar to Atlantic Salmon and to a lesser degree Coho/Silver. Taste is excellent.
