forgot to log in lately....things have been okay. I'm focusing more on eating a fruit or a vegatable with every meal that way im getting in all my servings throughout the day..im still excerise throught out the week im actually gonna start doing it with an old friend which makes me happy i get to see her and make myself healthy too...things are still doing great 6months to get into my bridesmaid dress which is what i think about everytime i want to stop cardio or dont think i can make that extra crunch...its all gonna be worth it when i feel 100% next too all those other skinny minnie's...AND IM GONNA BE ONE OF THEM....yippee!!! im starting to like my new lifestyle change no nix that LOVE it...i still notice that i need to stay on top of it because its so easy to fall off...that way when its time to maintain my weight ill be able to handle eating all those green things...lets keep on keeping on
251.0 lb Lost so far: 57.0 lb.    Still to go: 97.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
