No more weight loss over night despite a relative low calorie day. Did not work out, though, as I got wrapped up in projects that took away my time. Fast day one today (600 calories) will have some effect.

Morning BP. Thanks for suggestions re adding some more LC veggies/fruit. I don't know what this old body needs. I'm basically 1200 cals or less a day so something should be shaking lose :) Sorry you didn't see a loss but no doubt you will tomorrow.

Hi BP, yes I record everything that goes in my mouth. I do have a high fat content most days, about 50-60% but low carbers are supposed to be able to tolerate high fats? It is true though that I started to lose more when I wasn't taking the oil? Perhaps I will give it up for a few days and see what happens. I do believe it is not calories in, calories, out, that the type of calories matter, but I don't eat a lot of other fat and thought I was doing the right thing by having a good fat. Sheesh, always something :)

Just took a look at my diet calender and I haven't hit 1200 calories but once in the last 8 or 9 days. So perhaps I am 'starving' and don't know it? By the little I've eaten, about 1000 calories a day or less, I should be at goal by now :) I better go eat something soon! LOL

Thanks BP, I had read that too but I think that's for 'younger' women shall we say but I agree 1200 or less is nuts. I haven't been trying to be that low, I have just in the flow of IF and don't tend to eat until the evening meal. I do have a protein bar most lunch times, one with no added fillers and crap, so that is why the calories are trending downwards. So guess I have permission to eat! I will definitely have breakfast tomorrow - yahoo - McDonald's here I come, love their sausage McMuffin's. I will even eat the McMuffin part :) Thanks Bill, I do know all this myself, just scared to do anything that might stall this weight loss. I'm going on vacay soon and want to lose as possible before I go. But even if I end up staying at 189 that would be okay - just no higher! :)
