Just checking in, hope everyone is doing REALLY WELL, I have managed to stop eating chocolate! so I'm really pleased, I have also stopped eating CHEESE, that was a big one, and I've stopped drinking the wine with dinner... let's hope it makes a difference, now I'm off to my yoga class, SEE YOU XXX

cheese was indeed a bit tricky, first I discovered vegan cheese, some of them are really good.... and when I was no longer eating the addicitve stuff in dairy cheese it became easy to quit altogether

I've tried vegan cheese, it's not the same. I'll just stick with my cut down version for now.

Oh no got to have cheese. I just go leerdammer light. Higher in protein, low in fat

Brie is my downfall. It's lovely with some grapes. Have been quite successful in avoiding it lately.

I have a cheeseboard once a year (Christmas) otherwise I am with Pawz and the leerdammer light slices. I try to avoid chocolate as much as I can. Same with wine but don't suceed.

Awww blimey, wine I avoid most the time as always gets me in trouble. Rose then Red...... And my sister in law generally.... Lol. Never had sweet tooth so choc don't miss ever... I'm a savory girl

Lack of wine and chocolate doesn't bother me at all, it's the cheese. The stinker the better 🤤
