I have decided to weight myself, WHOA!!! Looks like since I have been back in school I haven't been as active! I spend atleast 3 hours a day sitting doing homework, maybe I should start sitting on my excercise ball to compensate for some of the sitting! Well today is a new day and a start of the new month.... I will start journaling again and trying to be as active as possible.... I would like to be back under 200 by New Years and Below 190 by spring.... They seem like reasonable goals!
