Have eaten out twice in past week... gotta stop that. Not doing bad, maintaining my weight around 164. Would like to drop to 150, but pretty happy with where I am and how I'm holding steady, even with "outings". Just shows me I can keep the weight in check.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

wow! we could be twins! I, too, am 164 and my goal is 150! Good luck to you! I am with you and your attitude that "diets don't work" It is a lifestyle change. Good luck to us!
