Been making smoothies in my blender. Trying to figure up the calories. 1 c. strawberries 50 calories, 1 cup blueberries 90 calories, 1 cup skim milk 90 calories, 1 cont. light yogurt 80 calories, 1 TBSP Truvia, so total calories 310, makes 5-6 cups, so 60 calorie a cup? I usually have two cups, so 120 calories? Not bad I guess, and yummy! My boys love them too, so they get the goodness of the fruit, but think it's a treat :) My neighbor and I are going to try to walk a lot more now. Walked last night, will try again for tonight.
