James Haddox's Journal, 30 June 2020

I started tracking my running again. Back when I was in the Army I could run 10 miles at a 7:30/mile pace. I pushed myself hard today and couldn't hold 8:30/mile for 3.6 miles. I have a long ways to go still to get back into good running shape.

Stick with it! You'll get there...I've been running for over 20 yrs and have def had my ups and downs in terms of pace.
