i know i am in ketosis because i am a major GROUCH!! i screamed at my husband for something little and stupid (housework and laundry not being done to my satisfaction)....i am feeling overwhelmed with getting the kids "school ready" by tuesday, while working night shift! i still have to go through their clothes and get rid of what doesn't fit anymore....i can't believe how much they all have grown!! and getting all the medical forms together so that they can have their asthma rescue inhalers and lactaid pills for pizza day...the paperwork is crazy when it is x4! i know i am whining but work has been yucky (i work ICU but we have had all overflow patients for the last week, and i am NOT a floor RN...good bless all of you that are! i like my patients tied up and intubated, not ringing call lights! lol) i say the last part joking of course! anyhow, any advice to help me get through this grouchy phase without eating a donut?!
