I am hungry, and added two hard boiled eggs and about an ounce of almonds into the meal plan today, as well as tea and water. Since I am losing weight rapidly, this seems reasonable. I was at 156 on SUnday, 155 Monday, 154 Tuesday, and 151 Wednesday morning.

I know that I can be a bit obsessive when I am in the early stages of a weight loss program. I had, however, put on 4-5 pounds in the week right before Dan left town, which I am sure was due to anxiety, and also secondary to bloating and having a migraine, so some of this weight loss is just getting back to the 152-3 which has been my norm this summer. It's really only today that I am beginning a true weight loss.
