Just started fat flush this weekend. Lost 50 pounds and ran a marathon on 2005...want to get back to post marathon weight (5 pounds less than today) and then lose another fifteen.

I chose fat flush because it seems to be fast, and I suspect that a lot of my issues are food allergies. I've lost 5 pounds in that past four days, dropping water like crazy. I hope I continue to feel good.

Whey Protein Powders???
I'm using "Whey to Go" also. It's not as tasty as my soy favorite: spirutein, but U can save that until I'm further along as a treat.

carbonated water
I think it's a question of balance. If drinking a sparkling water every day will help you to stay on the program, then it's a good thing. If this is a life change, feeling deprived isn't going to cut it. That seems like a sensible way to treat yourself. I just wouldn't count it toward my water intake, but as an "extra".
