I'm kinda feeling down today.. everybody else that is on this atkins seem to be losing so much more then i am.. i wonder if i'm doing something wrong.. I'm kinda lost as to why my weight has really stalled, i'm only losing .9 pounds per week(atleast for this week).

dont give up this is a challenge for us all trust yuor self when making choices about foods available dont feel like you nedd to fit in someone elses mold your in this for your own benefit first try staying away from the scale for a bit longer you cant micro manage or your missing the big picture. Water Water Water Stick to it

My friend is losing at the same rate as you, so i suppose we're all different. I lost a lot the first week, then 2lb the next, then 3lb. Hang on in there, 2lb a week is what we should be aiming for. I know it seems like it's going to take ages. I could probably up the weight loss if i did more exercise, i'm doing a half hour brisk walk everyday. But for now that is all i can manage. Keep at it and i'm sure you will see a difference soon :)

Try not to weigh yourself every day or so... Try only doing it for a week. Maybe try journaling everything you eat for a while and see what exactly your eating. Sometimes I'm very guilty of estimating the carb count for the day.. but when I actually start looking at my servings and compare the carb count per serving, I've ate more carbs than I should have for the day. Try measuring yourself too. Measure your thighs, arms, hips, calves, and chest. Do it once a week or once a month. You will be suprised at the inches you are loosing besides the pounds. Your chart looks pretty good to me. You dont want to loose it too fast. I was told a long time ago that the weight we have had on our bodies for a very long time will take longer to lose than the weight we may have gained recently, so dont be alarmed at the slow weight loss. It's comming off and that's what counts! Keep your chin up and dont give up. You are doing good. :)
