I had a busy weekend and watched what I ate. Finally I lost another pound. Yeah! I walked for about an hour on sunday morning, then was active with making solar screens and hanging them up with the hubby.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
