Hiu Lucy Nicky from South Africa here - I see you made a comment a while ago about tea with no milk. You must try to find Rooibos Tea (preferably Freshpak Rooibos) I drink it every day with a little honey and lemon. It's a South African caffiene free tea and the only tea I drink. Its herbal and a very good anti oxidant. My eldest sister lives in Miami, Florida. she knows where to find South African products if you can;'t find it. Maybe she can help. Nicky
