First day back (yesterday) went pretty well--though I did have a few extra snacks late at night. That's always such a hard time. Have to think about how to handle that better. I did manage to track calories and exercise yesterday, so I met my first mini goal. I was hoping to have already lost a tiny bit today, but no such luck... We're going away for the weekend, to my in-laws, so that will be a major challenge. There's always tons of food around there, cookies, ice cream, etc. If I can manage to resist all those goodies, I can do anything! I'm going to take my exercise clothes with me. Today we'll go to the gym after I pick my little one up from nursery school. Yesterday I rewarded myself with a sauna, but don't think I'll have time today. I think I'll try to cut carbs a bit today and see if that helps. Actually, maybe that should be my strategy for the weekend?
