Hmmmmn 🧐

OK. Not worried about this uptick.

I'm crunching my numbers right now. I'm comparing each day of last week vs this week:
- Exercise
- Calories
- Carbs
- Sugars
I don't care about the fat #

I have a plan and as I enter into the weekend, I will execute it.

I will not increase my mileage, but decrease it to 4 miles to free up time to allow 30 min of a dumbbell workout one day and a body weight workout the next day, a rest day and repeat.

The only concern I have is controlling my hunger. I don't know about everyone else, but this is a big issue for me. (( I think I need to up my water intake when I get home after my walk as not to confuse hunger with thirst. [Drink 8 oz when I get in, shower, drink 4 oz of water while preparing my dinner and by the time I sit to eat, my belly can only hols so much food] ))

It's all good. Enjoying my journey..

Onward

You have the right frame of mind Ches. I also think I don’t drink enough water. I am ramping up my water intake and definitely satiates the hunger feeling.

Thanks br_e_co. I usually stop my water intake a few hours before I go for a walk and forget to resume when I return to the house. This changes today!!!

Ah mm - that might work.

Yeah @Mountainman2 - that could work. I planned most of my meals today except for dinner. On it!

Good job Ches! Next week I may try a water fast. Not for the calories, but, because for me *multiple days of low carb* is what works for me.

Go for it @adefwebserver. I just chugged 8 oz of water after a very filling sub 400 calorie breakfast. All my foods are logged for the day and there will be no deviations to my food plan. Sub 1208 calories and 20.89 net carbs will bring it back down for sure.

Yes everyone has this issue. A cup of tea with a bit of milk is ok too to calm hunger, or miso/broth soup. The few calories are fine as it satisfies nicely. I actually make this my breakfast and it is enough til I eat lunch (early). and the same with a meal to make me fuller , or as an afternoon snack. sometimes i'll add a bit of unsweetened cherry juice to soda water for flavour, as a change especially if I am parched. You are on the right track; and exercise will actually calm your hunger in a few weeks.

I'm starting to think you are lifestyle YODAA. I see a level of determination that I will NEVER reach because... well ...let's face it, I am lazy. I like the keto thing because I'm old, everything is trying to hurt, and I do not like to sweat. I do like to shop.. that does not burn many calories. I have a deal with me I WILL NOT SHOP FOR BIGGER CLOTHES EVER AGAIN. Smaller yes. I admire your determination and will power.

Thanks MsNormaJean - I'll do my best. Thanks MargaretMacNEil - many good tips, I may have to try some. Thanks rebeccaberg - I am so human full of flaws but I know if I do 80% of what I say, I will be in a good place. I can't quit on me. I must keep pushing.
