OKay finally got the weight going back down.
I had gotten up to 168.
Didn't have the money to buy the right food and had to eat Carbage for a few months.

This morning weighed and 164.4 looked great!
Meat, eggs and cheese with 8 green olives a day!
I will get back to the 50s asap.
Sure am getting worn out after over 2 years of doing Atkins Induction.

Keeping the weight off this 62 year old body is sure gona be a true challenge!
164.4 lb Lost so far: 135.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
