Today is a great day. First of all, my weightloss is showing again - I am actually almost FOUR POUNDS lighter than yesterday morning. Second - and even more important - I am now weighing less thant I have at any point using Fatsecret. :) Life is indeed good!
327.6 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 140.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
