since around 15, 16th in july my weight has been 179-178- back and fourth the scales have finally moved to a little 0.8 pounds making me 177.2 I no thats not alot but i'm thankfully it went down. now the hard part will it keep going down or will I be playing the 178-to the 177 game for weeks on end lol I love Atkins and how it makes me feel so even if it takes me next summer to get to my second goal ill be happy my first goal is to be 150 so only 27.2 to go I think I can do it I'm really hoping by Christmas I'll be 150 but if not thats OK. Hope Everyone's having nice sunday :)
