Day 553- I don't think I will be leaving FS any time soon, until I can get some time to figure out where I want to take things. Like everyone else out there, I am thinking of starting a blog. I am also thinking of merging my personal journey with my sideline business I do with my family of online sales of garden, organic and 'green' ways of living. We mainly sell on Etsy but use to have a website that I let go when things got really bad back in '08-'09. The main problem I am having is things have changed so much from then and I have to learn a whole new way of building a site or try to use multiple sites to create what I want. Tech and how we use it changes every 10 mins, lol. Really if look at FS they are out of date...... I could go on and on...

Back to stuff here: No, I have not bought a bike yet. I did narrow down what I am looking for. I am leaning toward a Scott road bike. I need to also figure out where I am going to swim.

Rowing: Have not been out on the water as much as I would like. July has been crazy and have only rowed twice :-(

Food: We can not keep enough fruits and veggies in the house. I am consuming a ton of fruits and my weight is maintaining nicely, but I am also running 20-30+ miles a week and training 2-3 days a week. Meats: I am only eating eggs, chicken and fish and usually only for dinner. We do have pork from time to time when my wife brings it home from work. I am still thinking of going vegan, but the one thing I just can't seem to replace is my hard-boiled eggs in the morning for that full feeling. You know your body is turning food quickly when you get a good buzz off of cup of coffee. I am drinking black coffee and on most mornings get a great buzz off of it.

Body: I still have some belly flab, but I know if I keep up with my x-training it will go away. Just gotta buckle down and do it.

Put one foot in front of the other and soon you will out the door!

Buying a bike was one of the best investments I've made. I spent 180 bucks on a cheapy off of craigslist in the spring and have used the hell out of her!

Yup, things sound good for you. LMK when you get your bike. I seem to be all over the place these days (in Mt. Laurel now) and my bike is almost always with...

BTW, have you seen Mark Bittman's VB6 (Vegan Before 6) book. OMG, yum, yum recipes in there. That might work for you.

@Helewis- you are getting pretty close to me. I am exit 1. I will have to look that book up.

Keep us posted! Both your blog and your garden business sound like they'd be interesting to track!

I had a great 63 mile ride this morning before leaving your South Jersey, from Mt. Laurel to Southhampton township, to Pemberton township, to Tabernacle, through the Pinelands, through Medford Lakes, through Evesham township back to Mt. Laurel. beautiful area, farms galore.
