Puzzling. Did not show weight loss either yesterday evening or this morning, despite a second fast day. Still, can't get mad about 219.1 from yesterday, which was a surprising low. Last day of the month and I have about 1600 to burn, so I will have a nice dinner with my wife, who returned from a week in Colorado last night. Have a good one.
