It has been a good week. Really getting back into mixing up the exercise and eatting extremely well. Boy am I sore so it must be working - right!

Perfect balance for fat, carb and protein with various products.

I feel like I am going to see some movement on the scale this week and if I don't then I know I have to have gained muscle:-)
