It has been a great weekend for getting out and exercising. Perfect weather to work in the year. I don't think I have ever racked as many acorns as I did this weekend.

What an awesome workout! Arms, shoulders, and abs are all feeling the ache. I am feeling really good about the amount of walking, mowing, yardwork and weights I got in.

I have planned out the weeks menus and prepped the food. I am going to get this final 20-25 pounds off!!! I have three months left to get it off by year end - I can and will do this!
