Well, Thanksgiving has come and gone and I behaved quite well! I may have made the pumpkin pie from scratch, pumpkin filling and all - but I didn't have a slice. Took a lot of courage to not do it.
Taking tonight off from exercise as the "domestic" responsibilities took centre stage tonight. Will catch up on exercise tomorrow.
