I joined the Carb Counter challenge because well I need to be challenged and even though South Beach counts carbs differently, I figured it could not hurt. I thought about this long and hard and I have decided to make my carb goal 90. When I was on WW I stayed within my points but the carbs were super high and I did not lose so.... I went back to when I was on SB (and losing) and looked at the carb counts and it was as if a light bulb went off. One goal down. I measured myself this morning, too. Waist 45" and hips 50" and I submitted my recipe. I think the three cups of veggies a day is impossible not to do on this diet so we will just not mention how many cups I actually ate and say I did it, lol. (My salad at lunch alone is three cups, lol). I need to work on the exercise part of it and just try to work into my day more. My problem is, well, I am lazy ;)

On to other subjects...

Shopping completed and I don't feel hungry today! Yay for snacks!

I need to work on watching my calorie and fat intake. I was going along fine until I got to the store and I was soooooooo hungry I was hit by a slim jim!

And I ate a lot of eggs yesterday, lol. I have to be careful not to turn into a true egghead, hehehe... Where does my sense of humor end?
