I am hungry. I know it is because I did not pack enough food the last two days so I will be heading to the grocery store tonight for more "supplies". I am thinking... some peanut butter and more laughing cow cheese to start with. Just to brighten up my veggies. I also need some ranch for my salads. V & O is fine but something creamy would be nice as well. Ricotta and coco are on the list, too. Any suggestions on a brand that is not grainy would be great because I cannot remember which brand I don't like.

I am having MAD cravings for chocolate.

They are so strong I can taste the cake, lol. I am going to repost this on the Naked Fat People group page to get more suggestions on the chocolate craving battle.

Otherwise, day two is going okay (as I nibble on some almonds).

I cannot WAIT to get past these next to weeks!

you will do great...i like the walmart brand sugar free syrup...there is a slight taste difference but not bad...it is sweetened with splenda

I see you converted to SB! I hope it is a good fit for you. It's good to experiment with other plans when you tire of the one you're on. I hope you find a low carb chocolate fix soon!

yesterday was my choc longing day, I can never even eat 1 square with out long for a huge amount of choc, but with the help of people here last night I got through it, It must be 1 of the worse addictions in the world and the worse thing is it actually good for you and Docs dont seem to mind you eating it rather than burgers. Crazy world
