Woke at 226.0, up 1.9 from yesterday. Starting to look like May is a diet break month. I need to get back into my alternate day fasting as I am eating in the 2000 range (and often more than that). Trying to make the right food choices though. Started with 30 minutes of HIIT spinning and water. Then did protein coffee and had a steak, a hard-boiled egg, and some Brussels sprouts for lunch. We are ordering from our local Greek/Italian place tonight. UPDATE: The dinner came a bit early, so weighed in at 4:30. Got to 226.6. Ate a huge dinner of lamb chops and broccolini, but also enjoyed the pita and basmati rice that came with it. I also had two pieces of their awesome pizza and some Greek Salad. The carbs hit me hard! I could not keep my eyes open by 6 pm, so I grabbed a nice two-hour nap.
