Very bad on the weekend. Need to work on the challenge mini goals. This week work on 7. Have a daily goal to accomplish something and do it.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.8 lb a week
