Still slowly dropping weight despite being in "maintenance mode" and only keeping a mental shorthand tally of what I'm eating. That's awesome, and it makes me very happy indeed that I can eat without obsessing over every detail as long as I keep the framework of the diet going.
206.8 lb Lost so far: 111.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
