Hit a new low this morning at 223.2 after a below cal but not fasting day. Yay! Got my green stripe back after hitting my initial goal and then resetting it lower! Going to go 600 or so calories today and tomorrow. Hope I can lose another one or two.
222.3 lb Lost so far: 102.7 lb.    Still to go: 17.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I know you've explained before but humour me - what's the difference, to you, between a low cal day and a fasting day? I didn't think you actually fasted all day, I thought a fasting day was a low cal day too?

Thanks Bill, that's kinda what I thought, so thanks for clearing it up. I've been trying to do low cal yesterday and again today but hubby keeps cooking good things - sigh. So hard to pass up home made garlic bread or tonight its home made cheddar mashed potatoes !!!! He's a bad boy :) Of course I could just say NO but that ain't likely :)

Yes you will. Much easier to do this when someone isn't home cooking you great meals! I would absolutely starve on my own. I can't even boil water successfully, at least that's what my dad used to say :) I can make coffee and I can make reservations - two very important skills. Guess I must be decorative 'cause I sure ain't useful :) Enjoy your bachelor status :) not too much whiskey though :) I will try to just have a small taste of those damn potatoes.

LOL, I hear you on the too lazy, that's my problem too but I truly can burn water :) Enjoy that beer, make it a low carb one :)
