I have gained weight in the last couple of days. I attribute that to not sticking to the challange of drinking 8 glasses of water daily plus drinking an additional 8 glass of water for every cup of coffee and or soda and tea ingested. Come on Julie you can do it. God grant me the want to be healthy and the need to maintain it. Only 69 more lbs. a drop in the bucket. I have the desire to have more energy to live. Live the life that I have drempt of since a child. One that is full of energy, being outdoors, laughing, running, taking Sophie for long walks, riding my bike, sking, jumping rope and being injoyable during social meetings. No more wishing, now to do and do now !! Life is an adventure and delight. "Lif is not about waiting for the storms to pass....it's about learning hwo to dance in the rain."
