Cruising along OK not feeling hungry and haven't been looking in fridge for "something to eat" sticking to the Dukan way of eating .. sauces once made with cream now are made with non fat yogurt and still just as nice.. kinda resigned that this is now how it needs to be, even eating out is OK too.. went to lunch and ordered a skinny muffin sized meat loaf, with a nice red green and yellow capsicum rocket salad .. delicious. determined to go the distance this time.
