Today I start my weight loss journey. I have joined a local health club and have my first appointment with the trainer today at 4:00. Being heavy has been a problem my entire life. For a short while about 12 years ago or so I worked on it and was quite successful - just to get lazy and depressed - to gain it all back and then some. Now I have diabetes and do not want to take the meds. So I am going to go down a path of healthy eating and exersize in an attempt to change my bad habbits and maybe control my diabetes. I am commited and eager to experience the joy of being a smaller, healthier and more attractive me.
