Tom, a group of ladies from my workout classes wanted to celebrate our trainer’s bday. We designed tank tops and tshirts. Our trainer says lots of things that can have an innuendo, I don’t know if he notices. Like if he wants us to sit lower into our squats he’ll shout “deeper, deeper” or if he wants us to repeat the exercise until the end of the timed set he’ll yell “almost there, almost there!!!”, when we’re bridge form and he wants us to engage our core he would say “keep it tight” or “keep it up”. Haha... I whispered “that’s what he said” to my workout buddy and the class heard. 😂😂😂 That was the beginning of the end. Hahaha. The shirt says “That’s what Kevin said”. 😋😋😋

I made the dish last night. It was yummy and will definetely be a repeat. The ingredients were an awesome combination of taste ! I used fresh basil instead of my prvious thought maybe scallions would work. I did pork meatballs instead of ground pork and did not have soy sauce so used fish sauce. I posted a picture ( went public so you could see). Inspiration for this meal came from YOU!

Your exercise stamina is amazing 🙂. Being 51 and out of shape I am walking alot again which I love to do, looking into other exercises i can do without interfering with health hiccups I have.
