i went from a size 17 to a size 9 and almost to a size 7 transfermation tuesday!

Thanks everyone this is 4 months of eating right and low sodium and low carb stick to calories as well and I try to walk at least 5 days week I was doing 7 the first 3 months but it became to much it's the smallest I have ever been every days a new day u slip up here and there and that's ok I stuck with cheating for a meal not a day once a week worked great for me taking pictures helps u see how much u are losing too
