Worked out twice today - P90X Legs & Back and Ab Ripper. Then, had supper, and returned to a 4k run on the treadmill. Was not an easy run. Very tired tonight.
Keeping to my new eating habits and using some self-discipline to refrain from snacking on junk. Might down a piece of toast before hitting the sheets.
Aside from being really tired tonight, feel light otherwise.
