Day 107

It's hot and muggy today. Ick. You ever notice how the weather affects your energy? If it's too cold, you feel tired, if it's too hot you feel tired!

I suppose there are good things about it though...

Doing cardio in the winter isn't so bad, and swimming is the best thing about summer.

Meh. Maybe I should call it even.

I need to pick up a pedometer toady... challenge starting soon, and I need to count steps!

You are lucky you have weather extremes to begin with! :) Portland is consistently grey and gloomy... which can be oh so depressing! Let me know what pedometer you end up buying, I'd be interested since I'm looking at buying one too! I have a Polar Heart Monitor which is AWESOME... wondering if Polar's pedometers could be equally great.
