3 weeks into the challenge. I've only lost 8#...I should be further along. I know we won't win the challenge, but I'm eating healthier, the kids are too and so far I've lost 8 pounds. I was basically using the challenge as a means to boost my efforts, to get the ball rolling....I have a big ball to roll so this helps!

Go BEARS
283.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are losing NOT gaining so YOU are WINNING!!!! It's not how fast you lose that's important...it's how long you can maintain a healthy weight & studies show the slower you lose the more likely you will keep it off!!
