Not sure what to do as far as dieting....I want to cut my "white stuff" but not my fruits and veggies...i slo don't want to do the carb headaches either! Something new intro'd by Oprah and Bob...looking into that...also still following the principles of Dr. Oz's diet. As long as it's a healthy way to go and my temptation's are limited I'm ok.

Started the exercise this morning for our Weigh To Go challenge. Around the floor..through all departments! and up & down 3 sets of stairs! Twice a day....this week!
This should be interesting..this little routine doubles next week! I'm excited!
286.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe you should try starting on the South Beach diet Phase 2 where you can eat fruits and veg but cut down on the starches, The headaches do S*** but they usually only last a few days and they go away. Good job on the working out that is diffently a start!
