started my 10 off in a month sure hope I do well on it Walked for thirty minutes in mall.. a lot cooler than outside Tomorrow is my grandsons surgery so I am determined to get the exercise in after I know he is fine and on his way home . Water may be tough but I knew it wouldn't be easy. Please do not let me slip on my food choices need to eat more veggies and fruit

Hi, i will try my best to be here for you and spur you on. hopefully my food choices will help others now that i am back in the zone. and my excercise has been FABULOUS if i do say so. I feel so much better for even just two days of healthy eating and back to back excercise :)
