Woke at 218.4, down 2.8 after a 36 hour fast. Grabbed an extra hour of sleep, which was nice. Did bodyweight and dumbbell work. Water and protein coffee to start. I will limit my intake to under 2000 calories today to catch back up to my 1500 per day average target. UPDATE: Hit 219.8 at 5 pm after a nice lunch and lots to drink. Ordering burgers from Red Robin on GrubHub tonight. UPDATE 2: So Red Robin happened and so did a climb to 3000 calories. I'm fasting tomorrow so I will eat lighter on Sunday in order to get back on track. We have established Fast Food Friday and that's a hard day to keep the calories low!

You are doing great. Always on top of your highs and lows. I suspect this weekend will be tough in the weight gain area for many people. I, for one, have chocolate on the brain. I won't have the ham and fixings for Easter dinner but I'll fix something chocolate!

Our thing on Fridays Bill is date night...in the past and for sure now, it is almost always a "gourmet" meal at home. Tonight's dinner was so nice I even took pics, I hardly ever post any food pics here though...I am just too lazy. Hope that Good Friday went well and your Easter weekend is a time to be thankful and grateful with family, as best as you can given the present conditions. Take care, be safe!
