It's a rainy Sunday.. Which very well maybe a blessing in disguise. Now why would I say that? Well yesterday I acchieved something that I had been telling myself to do for awhile. I did a long haul walk. Which come half way I really needed to tell myself that I could do it. Oh yeah and it was not a nice flat walk.. Oh no the sucker had two tall overpasses that needed to be trudged up and then walked down. While walking I saw a lot of strange things which was okay. I also had a lot of random stares, some of which I wanted to scream take a picture it last longer, and others I wished they would just stop so I could tell them to get their lazy asses out of the car and join me! Pppfffttt However besides all this Bs I was able to walk 10.12km and the steps raacked up to 12654!! Yeah me! Then to end my lovely day I did stretches and some light exercises with weights. The consequences of yesterday activities are mild my hips hurt a tad and I've had some butt knots!! But overal I am super ass proud of myself!!
