Day 1
I'm sick in bed!! This blows! I was supposed to be better of this flu by today and at the gym this morning. Things didn't go as planned. This flu is taking control of me and I don't like it! It's only early here yet, later this afternoon I will do some exercises at home, that's if I get the energy.
I plan on sticking to my own diet plan which has been successful when I stick to it! Drinking water isn't a problem for me so that's a bonus.
