My 3rd day at the gym and I did 20 minutes on the eliptical hurray! I have been steadily increasing the time and so far the knee is holding up. Time to tighten up and improve stamina. I have given up on the scale for now. I am eating as I always have and journaling so now I will concentrate on the gym for a while.
