hurt my back about 2 weeks ago and have been out of commission ever since. can't jog at all, and am just getting to point that I can walk again. Hoping to get back on track in the coming days.
169.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 49.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
