OK first day and I went 500 calories over my rdi for weight loss. I know what I am doing wrong now. It's good to record it all. I'll keep within my RDI tomorrow and add exercise
210.5 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 71.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2602 kcal Fat: 159.65g | Prot: 102.71g | Carb: 190.18g.   Breakfast: Splenda Sachet, McDonald's Flat White Coffee with Milk (Standard),  Toast with Vegemite,  Toast with Vegemite,  Toast with Vegemite. Lunch: Coles Thin Beef Sausages,  Cheddar Cheese ,  Cheddar Cheese ,  Cheddar Cheese ,  Minced Beef (Hamburger, Approx 23% Fat, Frozen Patties) , Smith's Plain Chips Snack Bag. Dinner:  Greek Salad,  Ranch Salad Dressing ,  Chicken Nuggets,  Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Fresh). Snacks/Other: McDonald's Flat White Coffee with Milk (Standard), Arnott's Shapes Cheddar. more...
