Happy Monday everyone. It is really a great day. I went to Costco yesterday to get a few things we need for the house (Not going to have the discussion on the world situation right now) and I discovered this bread - it was OK, not great but in a sandwich it was good. it is a net zero carb and only 40 calories. I had never seen it before and since it was all that was left - I thought why not. I though I would share it here. I hope that everyone can find a place of peace and calm during this tumultuous time in our society.
